At what stage will I be supplied with the complete itinerary?

We supply the complete itinerary once payment has been received. Until this time an outline for the day will be provided.

Will weather conditions affect my tour?

The outline for your tour will depend if the weather will affect your tour. If this is the case, we will contact you to offer another solution for the day or offer to reschedule your tour.

What is your cancellation policy?

This will be determined by the outline of the tour and the cancellation policy of any pre-bookings made. This will be outlined to you once your itinerary is complete.
